30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Herbal Form, you may return it for a refund or a product exchange within 30 days from the date you receive it.

When returning a product, please send back the unused portion of the product, or the empty container, or the original product label, together with your Herbal Form order number.

How to start a return or exchange

Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Returns sent to us without first contacting us may be delayed or cannot be processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery (photos help us resolve it quickly). We will replace the product or issue a refund, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and of shipping any replacement to you.

Refunds

Most returns and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to post the refund. The refund covers the price paid for the returned product. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Lost or stolen return packages

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with delivery confirmation when sending a return.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Exclusions

Gift cards, testing kits and personalized supplements (if offered) are non-refundable. This guarantee does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
